The redesign of the DC Health Vital Records Division website focused on improving accessibility and navigation for users seeking important documents. By implementing a clean layout and intuitive UI elements, we ensured that visitors could easily find the information they needed, such as birth and death certificate orders and application procedures. Enhanced visuals, combined with a streamlined user experience, contributed to a significant reduction in user frustration and improved service efficiency. For the web development component, we utilized modern web technologies that support responsive design, ensuring that users across various devices have a seamless experience. This project not only modernized the website's appearance but also enhanced its functionality, making it easier for users to order important certificates online.
